Melinda Friedland was recently married in the summer of 2009 and has 4 young children so she knows what it's like to be busy. She has been athletic for most of her life, beginning first with dance classes, then moving on to soccer for most of her youth. She's now a fitness enthusiast who participates in strength training and cardio workouts at least 4 times per week.
During her free time she enjoys learning all that she can about fitness and nutrition. She also enjoys working out, writing, reading, motorcycle rides and watching her children learn and grow.
